切削用量对CFRP镗削出口分层及轴向力的影响

摘要 针对镗削CFRP层合板孔出口常出现分层缺陷的问题,建立CFRP层合板镗削有限元模型,设计响应曲面实验,分析背吃刀量、切削速度和进给量对CFRP层合板镗削过程中分层损伤及轴向力的影响,并建立CFRP镗削轴向力的响应曲面预测模型。结果表明,镗削轴向力随背吃刀量、切削速度和进给量的增大而增大,且背吃刀量的影响更显著;背吃刀量、进给量与出口分层损伤呈正相关;切削速度增大至27m/min后,出口分层因子基本不变。 In order to solve the problem of delamination defect in the hole exit when boring the CFRP laminate, the finite element model of boring CFRP laminate is established, and the response surface experiment is designed to analyze the influence of back feed, cutting speed and feed rate on delamination damage and axial force during boring CFRP laminate, and the response surface prediction model of axial force in boring CFRP is established.The results show that the boring axial force increases with the increase of cutting depth, cutting speed and feed speed, and the influence of cutting depth is more significant.The cutting depth and feed rate are positively correlated with the exit delamination damage, when the cutting speed increases to 27 m/min, the outlet delamination factor is basically unchanged.
