空心叶片焊接工装三维模型检测方案优化设计

摘要 以空心叶片焊接工装为研究对象进行检测方案的优化设计。原检测方法局限性较大,检测质量不易控制,效果较差,检测时间长,检测效率低。优化制定出三维模型检测方案,将模型转换为.stp格式,检查模型在转换后有无失真,以保证模型的正确性;生成测量点,查看点矢量是否正常,检查方向有无逆向矢量;编制程序并对提取出的理论点与实测值进行对比,绘出理论与实测对比图,实践证明了检测数据的准确性和检测方案的实用性。该检测方案对同类产品的检测具有一定的参考价值。 This paper takes the hollow blade welding tooling as the research object to optimize the detection scheme.The original detection method has many limitations, the detection quality is not easy to control and the effect is poor.It has long detection time and low detection efficiency.The three-dimensional model detection scheme is optimized and formulated, the model to.stp format is converted, and then whether the model is distorted after conversion to ensure the correctness of the model is checked and measuring points is generated, whether the point vector is normal and whether there is a reverse vector in the direction are checked.The program is compiled to extract the theoretical argument and compared with the measured value, and the comparison diagram between the theory and the measured value is drawn.The practice shows that the detection data is accurate and the detection scheme is practical.The detection scheme has a certain reference value for the detection of similar products.
