General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the important assertion that"labor creates happiness",which is based on the Marxist view of labor and the valuable experience of the Communist Party of China(CPC)'s long-term struggle.From the perspective of historical logic,"labor creates happi-ness"runs through the course of the Party's century-old struggle and is the ruling purport of the Party.From the perspective of theoretical logic,"labor creates happiness"is embedded in the generation process of people's sense of gain,happiness and security,and it is the response of the times made by the Party to seek happiness for the people.From the perspective of practical logic,"labor creates happiness"requires the whole Party to grasp the practical problems in the new stage of development,and is the realistic path to lead the people to create happiness.
