摘要 党的十八大以来,习近平总书记在深入回答如何做好黄河流域生态保护的过程中,创造性地提出了一系列新理念、新观点和新思想。以民族复兴为出发点,提出了“黄河宁,天下平”的历史观;以全方位保护为切入点,提出了“共同抓好大保护,协同推进大治理”的协同观;以生态系统的整体性为着眼点,提出了“综合治理,统筹推进”的系统观;以黄河复杂难治的现实性为立足点,提出了“谋划长远,干在当下”的政绩观。这些原创性贡献凸显了习近平总书记对黄河流域生态保护的独特创见,为进一步做好黄河流域生态保护提供了根本遵循和行动指南。 Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has creatively put forward a series of new ideas,viewpoints and thoughts in the process of in-depth answering how to promote the ecological protection of the Yellow River basin.Taking national rejuvenation as the starting point,he put forward the historical view that"the peace of the Yellow River is significant to the stability of China'.Taking all-round protection as the breakthrough point,he proposed the synergetic view that"efforts should be made to push for coordinated protection and management of the basin'.Based on the integrity of ecosystem,the systematic view of"comprehensive management and overall promotion"was put forward.Finding a foothold on the complex and difficult reality of the Yellow River ecological governance,he put forward the view of"planning for longterm ecological protection,refraining from empty talk and doing more pragmatic work in the present.These original contributions highlight General Secretary Xi Jinping's unique ideas on ecological protection of the Yellow River basin,and provide fundamental principles and action guidelines for further ecological protection of the Yellow River basin.
