在党长期执政的条件下,强化对权力运行的制约和监督始终是党的建设的一个重大课题。只有不断完善党的监督体系,才能切实破解自我监督难题。这在客观上要求我们准确把握党的监督体系的科学内涵,着力理清党的监督体系的地位作用、发展脉络、现实状况和完善准则,为增强党的监督效能,实现党自我净化、自我完善、自我革新、自我提高提供理论支撑和决策参考。

Under the condition that the Communist Party of China(CPC)has been in power for a long time,it is always an important subject to strengthen the restriction and supervision of the exercise of power.Only by constantly improving the Party's supervision system can we effectively solve the problem of self-supervision.This objectively requires us to accurately grasp the scientific connotation of the Party's supervision system,and strive to clarify its position and function,development context,realistic situation and perfect criteria,so as to provide theoretical support and decision-making reference for enhancing the effectiveness of the Party's supervision and realizing the Party's self-purification,self-perfection,self-innovation and self-improvement.
