新时代高职院校劳动精神培育的价值逻辑与现实重构

The Value Logic and Reconstruction of the Spirit of Labor in Higher Vocational Colleges in the New Era

劳动精神是依据因劳获义的原则建立的文化价值系统。习近平总书记指出劳动精神内涵是崇尚劳动、热爱劳动、辛勤劳动、诚实劳动。新时代加强高职院校劳动精神培育有重大意义:从新时代中国特色社会主义奋斗目标来看,是凝聚中华民族伟大复兴中国梦的精神力量;从价值观的养成来看,能引导高职学生践行社会主义核心价值观,增强其社会责任感;从教育的培养体系来看,有助于形成学生德智体美劳全面发展的培养体系;从经济发展来看,为经济社会发展培养高素质劳动力大军。目前高职院校劳动精神培育面临着劳动精神缺失、劳动主体割裂和保障机制有待完善等问题。高职院校要与企业和家长形成多方合力、营造良好的校园文化氛围、优化劳动实践路径等多方入手加强劳动精神培育。

The spirit of labor belongs to a cultural value system based on the principle of gaining justice from work. General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out that the spirit of labor refers to the work-advocating, work-loving, hard-working and honestlyworking spirit. It is of great significance to strengthen the cultivation of the spirit of labor in higher vocational colleges in the new era. For the objectives of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era, it is the spiritual power to realize the Chinese dream of great national rejuvenation. From the perspective of the cultivation of values, it can guide students to practice socialist core values and enhance their sense of social responsibility. From the perspective of educational training system, it is helpful to form a comprehensive development of students’ moral, intellectual, physical, aesthetic and labor training system. From the point of view of economic development, it’s helpful to train high-quality labor force for economic and social development. At present, the cultivation of labor spirit in higher vocational colleges is faced with such problems as lack of labor spirit, separation of labor subject and imperfect guarantee mechanism. Higher vocational colleges, together with enterprises and parents, should strengthen the cultivation of labor spirit by creating a good campus cultural atmosphere and optimizing the path of labor practice.
