摘要
英语是国际化程度最高的语言,对英语传播历程中的几个重要因素进行详细探究后发现:人口、国家硬实力与软实力和各国政府的“外力”是英语在全球广泛传播的重要因素。依据语言国际化的二个量化标准,对中、英文传播的差异状况进行分析,提出了中文“亲缘传播”与“价值传播”两个概念,并指出由“亲缘传播”到“价值传播”是中文国际化的关键。基于此,提出以下四条中文国际化路径:应建立多渠道、多元化、多维度的传播途径,全面提升中文国际传播效能;应利用“中国创造”带动中文语言产品,提升中文价值传播效度;应加大中文国际传播人才的培养力度,建立科学的人才培养体系;应重视中国海外华人华侨的影响力。
English is the highest globalization language in the world.After studying in several important factors in English spread thoroughly,we found that population,hard power,soft power,external power of governments are the important factors in English globalization.Based on the two quantitative standards in language globalization and analying the differences between Chinese and English globalization,we found the theories of Chinese Kinship Spread and Value Spread.Kinship Spread from Value Spread is the most important in Chinese globalization.In the end,we suggest the following ways to Chinese globalization:Firstly,multichannel,multi-dimensional and multi-communication ways should be established to improve the international communication efficiency of Chinese;Secondly,“Created in China”should be used to promote Chinese language products to enhance the Chinese Value Spread.Thirdly,we should strengthen the training of Chinese international talents and establish a scientific talent training system.In the end,we should treasure the importance of overseas Chinese.
