Effect of Five Elements Music on Cancer-related Fatigue in Patients with Gastric Cancer Undergoing Chemotherapy

目的探讨五行音乐对胃癌化疗患者癌因性疲乏(CRF)的影响。方法从2018年6月至2019年10月在我院进行化疗的胃癌患者中选取85例,以随机数字表法进行分组,包括观察组(n=42)和对照组(n=43)。对照组给予常规化疗护理,观察组在对照组的基础上给予五行音乐干预。比较两组患者护理前后的Piper疲乏修订量表(RPFS)评分、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分及生活质量评定量表(QL-74)评分。结果观察组患者干预后的行为难度、情感难度、感知难度、认知难度得分及RPFS总分,均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者干预后的PSQI评分,显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;观察组患者干预后的生活质量评分,显著高于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论对胃癌化疗患者实施五行音乐干预,能够达到显著改善患者的CRF程度,改善患者睡眠质量和生存质量的目的。

Objective To explore the effect of five elements music on cancer-related fatigue in patients with gastric cancer undergoing chemotherapy.Methods From June 2018 to October 2019,85 cases of gastric cancer patients undergoing chemotherapy in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(n=42)and control group(n=43).The control group was given routine chemotherapy nursing,and the observation group was given five elements music intervention on the basis of the control group.Piper Fatigue revised scale(RPFS),Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)and quality of life scale(ql-74)were compared between the two groups before and after nursing.Results The scores of behavioral difficulty,emotional difficulty,perceived difficulty,cognitive difficulty and RPFS in the observation group after intervention were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The PSQI score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life score of patients in the observation group after intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group,with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of five elements music intervention in patients with gastric cancer chemotherapy can significantly improve the degree of cancer-related fatigue,improve the quality of sleep and quality of life of patients.
