采取还原型谷胱甘肽治疗急性甲型肝炎患者对其肝功能的意义

摘要 目的探讨急性甲型肝炎患者采取还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对其肝功能的意义。方法选取2018年3月至2020年3月辽宁省大连市第六人民医院收治的60例急性甲型肝炎患者,随机分为两组,均行常规方法进行治疗,对照组30例患者在此基础上加用甘草酸二铵进行治疗,试验组30例患者在对照组基础上加用采取还原型谷胱甘肽进行治疗,比较两组治疗后的临床效果、临床总疗效判定评分、安全性评价评分。结果与对照组的完全缓解率、总有效率相比,观察组的各项指标均更高(P<0.05)。与对照组的临床总疗效判定评分、安全性评价评分相比,观察组各项评分均更高(P<0.05)。结论对急性甲型肝炎患者来说,采取还原型谷胱甘肽治疗对其肝功能的效果较好,可有效改善临床治疗效果,并可以加快治愈速度。 Objective To investigate the significance of reduced glutathione on liver function in patients with acute hepatitis A.Methods A total of 60 patients with acute hepatitis A in the Sixth People's Hospital of Dalian,Liaoning Province from March 2018 to March 2020 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.Both groups of patients with acute hepatitis A were treated with clinical traditional treatment,and 30 patients with acute hepatitis A in the control group were treated with diammonium glycyrrhizinate,on this basis,30 patients with acute hepatitis A in the experimental group were treated with reduced glutathione.The clinical effect,total clinical efficacy judgment score and safety evaluation score were compared between the two groups after treatment.Results The number of patients with acute hepatitis A in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total clinical efficacy judgment score and safety evaluation score of patients with acute hepatitis A in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with acute hepatitis A,the effect of reduced glutathione on their liver function is better,which can effectively improve the clinical treatment effect of patients and accelerate the cure speed of patients.
