摘要
目的分析功能性运动训练联合常规治疗对运动性膝关节损伤患者的临床疗效及对膝关节功能的影响。方法选取本院骨科于2020年12月至2021年12月收治的150例运动性膝关节损伤患者,根据不同的治疗方案将患者分为对照组、研究组,各75例。对照组采用常规方案治疗,研究组采用功能性运动训练联合常规治疗。治疗4周后比较两组的临床疗效。结果研究组IL-6(8.20±1.70)pg/mL、CRP(1.10±0.20)mg/L、TNF-α(22.80±2.60)ng/L水平均低于对照组的(14.40±2.10)pg/mL、(1.60±0.40)mg/L、(27.70±1.90)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(t=19.8729,9.6825,13.1776,P<0.05);治疗后,研究组Tegner评分(8.90±1.10)分、SF-36评分(90.10±4.20)分均高于对照组的(8.00±1.40)分、(85.60±3.40)分,研究组VAS评分(2.80±0.30)分低于对照组的(3.70±0.50)分,差异有统计学意义(t=4.3777,7.2119,13.3670,P<0.05);研究组总有效率(97.33%)高于对照组(88.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.8071,P<0.05)。结论运动性膝关节损伤患者采用功能性运动训练联合常规治疗可加快膝关节功能恢复,抑制炎性反应,减轻疼痛感,疗效显著。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect of functional exercise training combined with routine treatment on patients with sports knee injury and its effect on knee function.Methods A total of 150 patients with sports-induced knee injuries admitted to the Department of Orthopedics of our hospital from December 2020 to December 2021 were selected,and they were divided into control group and study group according to different treatment plans,with 75 patients in each group.The control group received routine treatment,and the study group received functional exercise training combined with routine treatment.After treatment for 4 weeks,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The levels IL-6(8.20±1.70)pg/mL,CRP(1.10±0.20)mg/L and TNF-α(22.80±2.60)ng/L of the study group were lower than(14.40±2.10)pg/mL,(1.60±0.40)mg/L,(27.70±1.90)ng/L of the control group(t=19.8729,9.6825,13.1776,P<0.05).After treatment,the Tegner score(8.90±1.10)and SF-36 score(90.10±4.20)of the study group were higher than(8.00±1.40)and(85.60±3.40)of the control group,and the VAS score(2.80±0.30)of the study group was lower than(3.70±0.50)of the control group(t=4.3777,7.2119,13.3670,P<0.05).The total effective rate of the study group(97.33%)was higher than that of the control group(88.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.8071,P<0.05).Conclusion Functional exercise training combined with routine treatment can accelerate the recovery of knee function,inhibit inflammatory reaction and reduce pain in patients with sports knee injury.
