脑梗死患者语言、肢体康复中采用早期护理干预的效果

Effect of Early Nursing Intervention in Speech and Limb Rehabilitation of Patients with Cerebral Infarction

目的分析脑梗死患者采用早期护理干预的效果。方法选取本院2019年6月至2020年9月收治的88例脑梗死患者开展本次试验,通过随机数表法分组,将所有患者分为对照组和研究组,每组44例。对照组给予常规护理,研究组给予早期护理干预,比较两组患者的护理效果。结果研究组的语言功能、肢体功能和生活质量评分均明显高于对照组(P=0.000);研究组的护理满意度为97.73%,明显高于对照组的84.09%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的护理总有效率为97.72%,高于对照组的77.27%,组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予脑梗死患者早期护理干预能够显著提升护理质量,促进患者康复。

Objective To analyze the application effect of early nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction.Methods Eighty-eight patients with cerebral infarction admitted to our hospital from June 2019 to September 2020 were selected for this experimental study.The random number table method was selected as the grouping method,and all patients were divided into two groups:the reference group and the study group,44 cases in each group.The reference group was given regular nursing care,and the study group was given early nursing intervention,to compare the nursing effects of the two groups of patients.Results The language function,limb function and quality of life scores of the study group were significantly higher than those of the reference group(P=0.000);the nursing satisfaction rate of the study group was 97.73%,which was significantly higher than that of the reference group 84.09%(P<0.05).The total effective rate of nursing care was 97.72% higher than that of the reference group,77.27%,and there was a significant difference between the groups(P<0.05).Conclusion Early nursing intervention for patients with cerebral infarction can significantly improve the quality of care and promote the recovery of patients,which has promotion value.
