手术室心理护理对椎间孔镜手术患者的干预效果

Intervention Effect of Psychological Nursing in Operating Room for Patients Undergoing Transforaminal Surgery

目的针对当前手术室心理护理用于椎间孔镜手术患者的效果开展深入分析,判断手术室心理护理临床意义与价值。方法结合纳排标准后,研究人员选择2020年3月至2021年12月于我院就诊且治疗护理的70例椎间孔镜手术患者为研究对象,按照患者的手术时间进行排序,通过随机数表法分为两组。研究组(35例)给予手术室心理护理,对照组(35例)给予常规手术室护理,比较两组的干预效果。结果对照组的治疗总有效率低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组的护理满意度低于研究组(P<0.05);对照组的抑郁自评量表评分高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组的焦虑自评量表评分高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组的生活质量量表评分低于研究组(P<0.05);治疗后组的VAS评分高于研究组(P<0.05);对照组的不良反应发生率高于研究组(P<0.05)。结论针对椎间孔镜手术患者行手术室心理护理可以稳定患者手术治疗过程中的情绪变化,提高护理满意度的同时,保证治疗效果,尽可能的缓解患者的疼痛程度。

Objective To carry out an in-depth analysis of the effect of current operating room psychological nursing on patients undergoing transforaminal surgery,and to judge the clinical significance and value of operating room psychological nursing.Methods After combining the inclusion and row criteria,and each patient was treated according to the surgical procedure.Sorted by time,the random number table method is divided into two groups.The study group(35 cases)was given psychological care in operating room;the reference group(35 cases)was given routine operating room care.The effect of two groups were compared.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the control group was lower than that in the research group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction in the control group was lower than that in the research group(P<0.05).The score of the depression self-rating scale in the control group was higher than that in the research group(P<0.05).The anxiety self-rating scale score of the control group was higher than that of the research group(P<0.05).The quality of life scale of the reference group was lower than that of the study group,and the difference between the groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score in the post-treatment group was higher than that in the study group(P<0.05).Conclusion Psychological nursing in the operating room for patients undergoing foraminal endoscopic surgery can stabilize the emotional changes of the patients during the surgical treatment,ensure the treatment effect of the patients,improve the nursing satisfaction,and at the same time alleviate the pain intensity perceived after the operation as much as possible.
