个性化护理干预对子宫内膜异位症患者术后心理及疼痛的影响

Effects of Individualized Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Psychology and Pain in Patients with Endometriosis

目的探讨个性化护理干预对子宫内膜异位症患者术后心理及疼痛的影响。方法以本院为单位,在2019年1~12月间,选取子宫内膜异位症患者70例,将其按照当前常用的随机数字表法分为两组,每组均为35例,对照组术后开展传统护理,观察组开展个性化护理干预,采用视觉模拟评分(VAS)对两组术后疼痛感进行评定,采用汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评定两组术后各个时段负性心理的改善情况,采用自制问卷评定两组护理满意度。结果两组术后即刻VAS评分比较,差异不明显(P>0.05),而术后6、12、24、48 h时,观察组的疼痛评分相比对照组,均显著偏低(P<0.05)。观察组术后48 h时的HAMA、HAMD评分与对照组相比,都明显偏低(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度(97.14%)较对照组(74.29%)高(P<0.05)。结论针对行子宫内膜异位症患者,通过实施个性化护理干预,能改善其负性心理,减轻术后疼痛,提高护理满意度,临床应用价值突出。

Objective To explore the effect of personalized nursing intervention on postoperative psychology and pain of patients with endometriosis.Methods Taking our hospital as a unit,70 patients with endometriosis were selected from January 2019 to December 2019.They were divided into two groups according to the commonly used random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The control group received traditional nursing after operation,and the observation group received personalized nursing intervention.The postoperative pain of the two groups was evaluated by visual analog score(VAS),and Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA)Hamilton Depression Scale(HAMD)was used to evaluate the improvement of negative psychology in each period after operation,and a self-made questionnaire was used to evaluate the nursing satisfaction of the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in VAS score between the two groups immediately after operation(P>0.05),but the pain score of the observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group at 6,12,24 and 48 hours after operation(P<0.05).The HAMA and HAMD scores of the observation group at 48 hours after operation were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group(97.14%)was higher than that of the control group(74.29%)(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with endometriosis,personalized nursing intervention can improve their negative psychology,reduce postoperative pain and improve nursing satisfaction.It has outstanding clinical application value.
