薰衣草精油对马铃薯甲虫幼虫的拒食和胃毒活性研究 被引量:2

摘要 为明确薰衣草精油对马铃薯甲虫的拒食和胃毒效果,采用叶碟法测定不同浓度的薰衣草精油对马铃薯甲虫幼虫的拒食和胃毒活性。结果表明,2龄幼虫和3龄幼虫在10μL/mL浓度下的拒食效果显著高于其他浓度和对照处理,且随着浓度的降低和时间的延长,拒食效果逐渐减弱;同一时段下,2龄幼虫和3龄幼虫的校正死亡率在10μL/mL浓度下最高,且随着浓度的降低,其校正死亡率逐渐降低。表明不同浓度的薰衣草精油对马铃薯甲虫幼虫均具有较好拒食和胃毒作用,可为马铃薯甲虫的绿色防控提供新思路。 In order to determine the antifeedant and gastric toxicity effects of lavender essential oil on Colorado potato beetle,the antifeedant and gastric toxicity of lavender essential oil of different concentrations to Colorado potato beetle larvae were tested by leaf disc method. The results showed that the antifeedant effect of 2nd instar larvae and 3rd instar larvae at the concentration of 10 μL/mL was significantly higher than that of other concentrations and the control,and the antifeedant ability decreased gradually with the decrease of concentration and the prolongation of the time. At the same time,the corrected mortality of the 2nd and 3rd instar larvae was the highest at the concentration of 10 μL/mL,and showed that the corrected mortality decreased gradually with the decrease of the concentration. The study showed that different concentrations of lavender essential oil had good antifeedant and gastric toxicity to the larvae of Colorado potato beetle,which could provide a new idea for the green control of Colorado potato beetle.
