摘要
针对具体工程底板所用钢筋粗大、含钢量高、总用量大、工期紧张的情况,介绍了钢筋工程方案制定中的钢筋排布形式选择。通过在钢筋支架立柱和横梁选用工字钢,钢筋支架中部设置小牛腿,确保了施工的质量。结合工程实际,对钢筋支架的安装流程和大直径圆形基坑底板钢筋工程中的设备投入情况及实施工效进行了介绍,以期为类似工程提供借鉴。
In view of the fact that the steel bar used in the concrete engineering bottom plate is thick,the steel bar content is high,the total consumption is large,and the construction period is tight,this paper introduces the selection of the steel bar arrangement form in the formulation of the steel bar engineering scheme.By selecting I-beam in the column and beam of the steel bar support,and setting small bracket in the middle of the steel bar support,the construction quality is ensured.Combined with the engineering practice,the installation process of steel bar support,the equipment input and implementation efficiency in the steel bar engineering of large-diameter circular foundation pit bottom plate are introduced,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
