关于房屋建筑工程屋面防水施工技术的研究

为改善屋面防水质量,提高房屋建筑工程使用寿命及居民居住感受,通过不断研究施工材料,创新施工方法,提出采用新型材料与原有工艺相结合的方法。经工程实际检验,能有效提升屋面防水质量,满足基本居住需求,同时实现难度不高,可行性强,可供屋面防水施工参考。

In order to improve the waterproof quality of roof,improve the service life of housing construction engineering and residents'living feeling,through continuous research on construction materials and innovative construction methods,the method of combining new materials with original technology is proposed.Through the test of engineering practice,it can effectively improve the quality of roof waterproof and meet the basic living needs.At the same time,it is not difficult and feasible,which can be used as a reference for roof waterproof construction.
