摘要 针对超高层塔楼核心筒配备钢平台的施工工况,待钢平台逐层爬升后,施工电梯附墙于钢平台下的核心筒剪力墙侧壁上,面临无水平结构的临空附墙操作的特殊工况,设计了相应的优化临空定型化操作平台的新型附墙操作形式。详细介绍了该附墙临空操作平台装置与处置的设计、计算、安装施工与维护,并对装置设计、施工过程中的控制要点进行阐述。通过工程案例应用分析得出了使用该附墙临空操作平台装置与处置形式的实用优点。 In view of the construction condition that the core tube of the super high-rise tower is equipped with a steel platform,after the steel platform climbs floor by floor,the construction elevator is attached to the side wall of the core tube shear wall under the steel platform.Facing the special working condition of free attached wall operation without horizontal structure,a new type of wall attached operation form is designed to optimize the free shaped operation platform.The design,calculation,installation,construction and maintenance of the device and disposal of the wall attached overhead operation platform are introduced in detail,and the control points in the device design and construction process are described.Through the application analysis of engineering cases,the practical advantages of using the wall attached overhead operation platform device and disposal form are obtained.
