历史建筑防潮层修复工艺比较研究--以上海历史建筑修缮施工为例 被引量:3

摘要 针对砖砌体结构历史建筑防潮层的特点,提出了“机械物理法”和“化学注射法”2种防潮层修复工艺分类方法,分别提炼了施工工艺及技术要点,并通过上海历史建筑防潮层修复的典型案例,对不同类型的施工工艺进行比较研究,总结了施工工艺优缺点、适用范围和施工要点。在此基础上,提出应在分析研究不同修复技术的适用范围的基础上,科学评估施工安全风险、环保指标、经济成本、环境条件,合理确定修复方法以及具体施工工艺,并制定后期维护的技术方案。研究有利于根据建筑特征采用适用、可靠的防潮层保护修缮技术,规范施工工艺,维护建筑的正常使用功能,提升建筑的使用舒适性。 According to the characteristics of the damp proof course of historical buildings with brick masonry structure,this paper puts forward two classification methods of damp proof course repair process of"mechanical physical method"and"chemical injection method",refines its construction process and technical points respectively,compares and studies different types of construction processes through the typical case of damp proof course repair of historical buildings in Shanghai,and summarizes the advantages and disadvantages,scope of application and construction points of the construction process.On this basis,it is proposed that on the basis of analyzing and studying the application scope of different repair technologies,the scientific evaluation of the construction safety risk,environmental protection index,economic cost and environmental conditions,the reasonable determination of the repair method and specific construction technology,and the formulation of the technical scheme of later maintenance should be carried out.The study is conducive to adopting applicable and reliable moisture-proof layer protection and repair technology according to the building characteristics,standardizing the construction process,maintaining the normal use function of the building and improving the use comfort of the building.
