针对公路桥梁改建拓宽难题,介绍了S7公路桥梁全预制加宽方法。施工中有2座在老桥基础上加宽的桥梁,加宽桥梁采用全预制拼装方法,新老桥拼缝采用高分子砂浆伸缩缝,不受老桥路面结构的影响,施工速度快,同时确保伸缩性能。此施工方法匹配精度高,施工安全,施工现场工期大幅缩短,解决了桥梁加宽施工需快速恢复交通的难题,可为今后同类工程提供参考。

Aiming at the problem of highway bridge reconstruction and widening,this paper introduces the full precast widening method of S7 Highway Bridge.During the construction,there are two bridges widened on the basis of the old bridge.The widened bridge adopts the full prefabrication assembly method,and the joint of the new and old bridge adopts the polymer mortar expansion joint,which is not affected by the pavement structure of the old bridge.The construction speed is fast and the expansion performance is ensured at the same time.This construction method has the advantages of high matching accuracy,safe construction and greatly shortening the construction period on the construction site,which solves the problem of rapid traffic recovery in bridge widening construction,and can provide reference for similar projects in the future.
