摘要
传统灰土施工的工艺与机具组合存在着一些质量控制难点以及工效较低的问题,比如传统路拌法中使用的路拌机拌和深度一般仅能达到17 cm,致使拌和深度不足,以及在原材料准备时生石灰块消解不充分导致后期路基碾压成形后生石灰块吸水膨胀,致使局部鼓包影响路基质量等。介绍一种“智能化”灰土路拌(冷再生路拌机与粉料撒布车设备组合)法施工技术,该项施工技术有效解决了灰土路拌法施工的质量控制难点并且提高了施工工效,降低了施工成本,夯实路基施工质量。
There are quality control difficulties and low work efficiency problems in the process and machine combination of traditional lime soil construction.For example,the mixing depth of the road mixer used in the traditional road mixing method can only reach 17 cm,resulting in insufficient mixing depth,and the insufficient digestion of quicklime blocks during the preparation of raw materials leads to the water absorption and expansion of quicklime blocks after the later subgrade rolling and forming,resulting in local bulging and affecting the subgrade quality.This paper introduces an"intelligent"construction technology of lime soil road mixing(combination of cold recycling road mixer and powder distributor)method.This construction technology effectively solves the quality control difficulties of lime soil road mixing method,improves the construction efficiency,reduces the construction cost and tamps the subgrade construction quality.
