摘要
吴川市滨江路(省道S285线吴川市区段改建工程)片区综合整治项目(K0+000—K2+547)前期受征地拆迁影响,预制梁进度滞后,工期紧张,通过对传统预制梁生产技术进行优化,运用装配式施工技术原理,把预制梁的钢筋制作与安装、模板安装进行模块化管理。通过对预制梁内模板的一体化设计,成功研究出一种适用性广、生产效率高、安全经济的预制梁装配式生产技术,提高预制梁生产效率及质量,确保吊装的安全,具有施工简便快捷、施工设备简单、施工过程安全可靠的优点,社会效益和经济效益较好。工程实施效果良好,可为同类工程提供借鉴。
Affected by land requisition and demolition in the early stage of the comprehensive renovation project(k0+000-k2+547)of Binjiang Road(reconstruction project of Wuchuan urban section of provincial highway S285),Wuchuan City,the progress of precast beams lags behind the expected one and the construction period is tight.Through optimizing the traditional precast beam production technology and applying the principle of prefabricated construction technology,modular management is carried out for the fabrication and installation of reinforcement and formwork installation of precast beams.Through the integrated design of precast beam internal formwork,a safe and economical precast beam assembly production technology with wide applicability,high production efficiency is successfully developed to improve the production efficiency and quality of precast beams and ensure the safety of hoisting.It has the advantages of simple and fast construction,simple construction equipment,safe and reliable construction process,and good social and economic benefits.The project has a good implementation effect,which can provide reference for similar projects.
