低山丘陵场地大体量群体工程施工关键技术 被引量:1

摘要 低山丘陵场地的建筑工程需对地貌进行改造以满足建筑物的施工要求,施工难度大。中山大学·深圳建设工程施工总承包项目作为典型的低山丘陵场地的群体工程,面临低山丘陵场地的群体工程施工流程部署、交通组织、大体量土方平衡、山地永久超高边坡安全施工以及山体环境下水土保持等难题,运用无人机场地建模、BIM、DTM土方算量、自动化监测等数字化技术,研究并总结出山地丘陵地带群体工程建造技术与管理要点,提高了施工组织的准确性和效率,提升了项目的管理水平。总结的经验可为类似工程提供借鉴。 The construction engineering of low mountain and hilly areaneeds to transform the landform to meet the construction requirements of buildings,and the construction is difficult.As a typical group project in low mountain and hilly areas,the general contracting project of Sun Yatsen University•Shenzhen construction project is faced with such problems as group project construction process deployment,traffic organization,large-scale earthwork balance,safe construction of permanent super high mountain slopes,and water and soil conservation under the mountain environment.It uses digital technologies such as UAV site modeling,BIM,DTM earthwork calculation,and automatic monitoring.This work studies and summarizes the key points of construction technology and management of group projects in mountainous and hilly areas,which can improve the accuracy and efficiency of construction organization,and improve the management level of the project.The experience summarized can provide reference for similar projects.
