建筑绿色施工示范工程评价体系分析

Analysis on Evaluation System of Green Construction Demonstration Project

梳理了3种典型的绿色施工示范工程创建评审体系,通过对比分析发现各体系围绕“四节一环保”要素展开,同时不同体系各有侧重。结合上海市多个绿色施工示范工程的调研统计,发现各示范工程都取得了较好的绿色施工成效,能耗、水耗、节材等量化指标都达到了既定目标。但现有绿色施工示范工程评价体系发布时间较久,难以适应建筑业绿色转型发展,需向绿色建造全过程评价转变。国家“双碳”战略目标的实施,赋予绿色建造新的内涵,建造过程碳排放评价体系与方法亟需建立。

Three typical green construction demonstration project creation and review systems were sorted out.Through comparative analysis,it was found that each system was focused on the elements of"four sections and one environmental protection",and different systems had their own emphasis.Based on the investigation and statistics of several green construction demonstration projects in Shanghai,it is found that each demonstration project has achieved good green construction results,and the quantitative indicators such as energy consumption,water consumption and material saving have reached the set goals.However,the existing green construction demonstration project evaluation system has been released for a long time,and it is difficult to adapt to the green transformation and development of the construction industry,and it is necessary to change to the whole process evaluation of green construction.The implementation of the national dual carbon strategic goal has endowed new connotation to green construction and it is urgent to establish a carbon emission evaluation system and method in the construction process.
