我国城市化建设预制混凝土构件数字化生产工艺与装备技术新进展

New Progress in Digital Production Technology and Equipment Technology of Precast Concrete Components for Urbanization in China

我国现阶段预制混凝土构件产业仍存在能耗高、数字化生产水平较低、生产效率不高等问题。结合预制混凝土构件行业近年来的发展状况,介绍了上海建工建材科技集团近年来在预制构件新技术、预制构件数字化生产装备技术、预制构件信息化管理系统技术等研发应用中的新进展,探讨我国预制混凝土构件产业的发展方向。

At present,the precast concrete component industry in China still has the problems of high energy consumption,low digital production level and low production efficiency.Combined with the development of precast concrete component industry in recent years,this paper introduces the new progress of Shanghai Construction Engineering Building Materials Technology Group in the R&D and application of precast component new technology,precast component digital production equipment technology,precast component information management system technology,and discusses the development direction of precast concrete component industry in China.
