摘要
定岗定编既能保持企业人力资源在合理区间内实现合理增长与优化配置,又能确保人力资源建设能够提质增效,实现人尽其才、才尽其用,最终保障人力资源高效运作,实现企业利益最大化。对企业实行员工定岗定编的重要性进行分析,为企业发展和人力资源建设提供一些参考。
Fixed posts and staffing can not only maintain the reasonable growth and optimal allocation of human resources within a reasonable range,but also ensure that human resources construction can improve quality and efficiency,so as to make the best use of talents,and finally ensure the efficient operation of human resources and maximize the interests of enterprises.This paper analyzes the importance of employees’fixed post and staffing in enterprises,and provides references for the development of enterprises and the construction of human resources.
