侵袭性牙周炎采用抗生素辅助牙周基础治疗的效果分析

Effect analysis of antibiotic assisted basic periodontal treatment on aggressive periodontitis

目的探究侵袭性牙周炎采用抗生素辅助牙周基础治疗的临床效果。方法100例侵袭性牙周炎患者,随机分为观察组及对照组,每组50例。观察组采用阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗,对照组采用甲硝唑、阿莫西林辅助牙周基础治疗。对比两组患者治疗前后的出血指数(BI)、牙周探诊深度(PD)、临床附着丧失(CAL)、牙龈指数(GI)水平,不良反应发生情况。结果治疗前及治疗后,两组患者的BI、PD、CAL、GI水平组间对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组患者治疗后的BI、PD、CAL、GI水平分别为(2.31±0.16)、(2.74±0.25)mm、(2.24±0.17)mm、(2.01±0.33),对照组患者治疗后的BI、PD、CAL、GI水平分别为(2.33±0.17)、(2.75±0.27)mm、(2.26±0.19)mm、(2.04±0.35),均低于本组治疗前,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者的不良反应发生率为8%,低于对照组的24%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论侵袭性牙周炎患者采用甲硝唑、阿莫西林辅助牙周基础治疗以及阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗均可取得一定的效果,但是阿奇霉素辅助牙周基础治疗安全性良好,可降低患者用药后的不良反应发生率,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of antibiotic assisted basic periodontal treatment on aggressive periodontitis.Methods A total of 100 patients with aggressive periodontitis were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 50 cases in each group.The observation group received azithromycin-assisted basic periodontal therapy,and the control group received metronidazole and amoxicillinassisted basic periodontal therapy.The bleeding index(BI),periodontal probing depth(PD),clinical attachment loss(CAL),gingival index(GI)before and after treatment,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results Before and after treatment,there was no statistically significant difference in the levels of BI,PD,CAL and GI between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of BI,PD,CAL and GI in the observation group were(2.31±0.16),(2.74±0.25)mm,(2.24±0.17)mm,and(2.01±0.33),and those in the control group were(2.33±0.17),(2.75±0.27)mm,(2.26±0.19)mm,and(2.04±0.35),which were all lower than those before treatment in this group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was 8%,which was lower than 24% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Both metronidazole and amoxicillin-assisted basic periodontaltreatment and azithromycin-assisted basic periodontal treatment have certain effects in patients with aggressive periodontitis,but azithromycin-assisted basic periodontal treatment has good safety,and can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions after medication,which has more significant clinical value.
