腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗结直肠肿瘤的临床效果

Clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal tumors

目的探讨结直肠肿瘤行腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗的临床效果。方法30例结直肠肿瘤患者,根据随机数字表法分为对照组及研究组,各15例。对照组患者实施开腹手术治疗,研究组患者实施腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗。对比两组患者的手术指标(手术时间、术中出血量、排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间及住院时间),并发症发生率。结果研究组患者的手术时间(118.67±13.52)min、排气时间(23.14±2.14)h、肠鸣音恢复时间(19.86±2.05)h、住院时间(8.36±1.13)d显著短于对照组的(136.84±14.81)min、(37.29±2.65)h、(26.74±5.11)h、(12.58±1.23)d,术中出血量(131.52±12.76)ml显著少于对照组的(187.65±13.43)ml,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组患者的并发症发生率为6.7%,低于对照组的40.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论结直肠肿瘤行腹腔镜联合结肠镜手术治疗效果显著,可有效缩短患者机体恢复时间,并发症发生率较低,促进预后,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy in the treatment of colorectal tumors.Methods A total of 30 patients with colorectal tumor were divided into control group and research group according to random numerical table,with 15 cases in each group.Patients in the control group were treated with laparotomy,while patients in the research group were treated with laparoscopy combined with colonoscopy.The surgical indicators(operation time,intraoperative blood loss,exhaust time,bowel sound recovery time and hospitalization time),and complication rate were compared between the two groups.Results The operation time(118.67±13.52)min,exhaust time(23.14±2.14)h,bowel sound recovery time(19.86±2.05)h and hospitalization time(8.36±1.13)d in the research group were significantly shorter than(136.84±14.81)min,(37.29±2.65)h,(26.74±5.11)h,(12.58±1.23)d in the control group,and the intraoperative blood loss(131.52±12.76)ml was significantly less than(187.65±13.43)ml in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The complication rate 6.7% in the research group was lower than 40.0%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy and colonoscopy combined surgery has a significant effect for colorectal tumors,and can effectively shorten the recovery time of the patient's body and promote the prognosis with a lower complication rate,which contains a significant clinical application value.
