稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常的疗效

Efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia

目的分析稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗冠心病合并室性心律失常的疗效。方法100例冠心病合并室性心律失常患者,根据入院奇偶顺序分为对照组及实验组,每组50例。对照组行美托洛尔治疗,实验组行稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗。对比两组临床疗效、凝血功能指标、病情指标及心室功能指标。结果实验组治疗总有效率98.00%高于对照组的82.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组凝血酶原时间(13.85±0.25)s、凝血酶时间(14.52±1.25)s长于对照组的(11.45±0.74)、(12.58±1.32)s,纤维蛋白原(2.74±1.36)g/L低于对照组的(3.25±0.52)g/L,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组生活质量评分(94.85±2.36)分、心理状态评分(95.75±2.36)分、病症改善评分(97.52±0.20)分、治疗依从性评分(92.53±2.14)分均高于对照组的(84.52±2.17)、(86.37±2.41)、(76.85±2.45)、(74.50±2.86)分,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组心率(136.35±12.01)次/min低于对照组的(143.25±12.14)次/min,左室舒张末期内径(LVEDD)(3.10±0.23)cm小于对照组的(4.46±0.42)cm,左室射血分数(LVEF)(50.18±4.42)%高于对照组的(44.45±3.60)%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论冠心病合并室性心律失常患者应用稳心颗粒联合美托洛尔治疗效果显著,可有效帮助患者缓解临床症状,抑制病情发展,促进患者的快速康复,值得应用与推广。

Objective To analyze the efficacy of Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol in the treatment of coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia.Methods A total of 100 patients with coronary heart disease complicated with ventricular arrhythmia were divided into control group and experimental group according to the odd-even order of admission,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with metoprolol,and the experimental group was treated with Wenxin Granules combined with metoprolol.The clinical efficacy,coagulation function index,disease index and ventricular function index were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 98.00% of the experimental group was higher than 82.00% of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The prothrombin time(13.85±0.25)s and thrombin time(14.52±1.25)s in the experimental group were longer than(11.45±0.74)and(12.58±1.32)s in the control group,and the fibrinogen(2.74±1.36)g/L was lower than(3.25±0.52)g/L in the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of life score(94.85±2.36)points,psychological state score(95.75±2.36)points,symptom improvement score(97.52±0.20)points and treatment compliance score(92.53±2.14)points in the experimental group were higher than(84.52±2.17),(86.37±2.41),(76.85±2.45),and(74.50±2.86)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The heart rate(136.35±12.01)beats/min of the experimental group was lower than(143.25±12.14)beats/min of the control group,the left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDD)(3.10±0.23)cm was lower than(4.46±0.42)cm of the control group,and the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)(50.18±4.42)%was higher than(44.45±3.60)% of the control group.All the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenxin Granule combined with metoprolol has significant effect on patients with coronary heart disease and ventricular arrhythmia,and can effectively help patients relieve clinical symptoms,inhibit the development of the disease,and promote the rapid recovery of patients,which is worthy of application and promotion.
