质量控制对单采双份血小板的影响分析

Analysis of the effect of quality control on double apheresis platelets

目的探究在单采双份血小板的过程中进行质量控制的作用和影响。方法100例行血液采集的献血者,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。对照组献血者采用常规双份血小板采集方案,观察组献血者在对照组基础上使用质量控制方案进行控制。对比两组献血者血小板采集达标情况,不良事件发生情况,供血过程满意情况。结果观察组献血者的血小板达标率92%、白细胞达标率96%、整体达标率88%均显著高于对照组的78%、84%、68%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组献血者的红细胞达标率均为100%,组间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组献血者的不良事件的发生率为20%,显著低于对照组的40%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组献血者的供血过程总满意率为92%,显著高于对照组的78%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在单采双份血小板的过程中,加强质量控制,能够在保证献血者身体健康的前提下满足临床运用,同时降低采血成本,提升血液的使用效果。

Objective To investigate the role and effect of quality control on double apheresis platelets.Methods A total of 100 cases of blood donors with blood collection were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group received conventional double apheresis platelets collection program,and the observation group received quality control program on the basis of the control group.The platelet collection compliance,occurrence of adverse events,and satisfaction with the blood supply process were compared between the two groups.Results The platelet compliance rate of the observation group was 92%,the white blood cell compliance rate was 96%,and the overall compliance rate was 88%,which were significantly higher than 78%,84%,and 68% in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The red blood cell compliance rate in both groups was 100%,and the difference was not statistically significant between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the observation group was 20%,which was significantly lower than 40% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The overall satisfaction rate of blood supply process in the observation group was 92%,which was significantly higher than 78% in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Strengthening quality control in the process of double apheresis platelet collection can meet the clinical application on the premise of ensuring the health of blood donors,while reducing the cost of blood collection and improving the effectiveness of blood use.
