经颅直流电刺激联合言语训练对脑梗死后失语症的治疗效果分析

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of transcranial direct current stimulation combined with speech training on aphasia after cerebral infarction

目的分析经颅直流电刺激(tDCS)联合言语训练改善脑梗死后患者的失语症状的效果。方法40例脑梗死后失语症患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组20例。两组均接受言语训练,观察组在此基础上采用tDCS。比较两组患者西部失语症检查(WAB)评分、日常生活交流能力量表(CADL)评分、简易智力状态检查量表(MMSE)评分。结果干预后,观察组患者听理解、自发言语、命名、复述评分分别为(9.31±0.85)、(15.63±2.44)、(6.58±1.16)、(8.25±1.09)分,高于对照组的(8.68±0.97)、(14.05±1.89)、(4.77±1.34)、(6.03±1.11)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。干预后,观察组患者CADL评分、MMSE评分分别为(95.33±5.76)、(24.56±3.21)分,明显高于对照组的(82.44±8.35)、(21.19±2.15)分,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过tDCS联合言语训练可以明显改善脑梗死后失语症症状,提高患者的语言能力和正常沟通功能。

Objective To analyze the effect of transcranial direct current stimulation(tDCS)combined with speech training on aphasia after cerebral infarction.Methods A total of 40 patients with aphasia after cerebral infarction were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups received speech training,and the observation group received tDCS on this basis.The Western Aphasia Battery(WAB)score,the Communication Ability in Daily Life(CADL)score,and the Mini-Mental State Examination(MMSE)score were compared between the two groups.Results After the intervention,the scores of listening comprehension,self-speaking,naming and retelling in the observation group were(9.31±0.85),(15.63±2.44),(6.58±1.16)and(8.25±1.09)points,which were higher than(8.68±0.97),(14.05±1.89),(4.77±1.34),and(6.03±1.11)points in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After the intervention,the CADL score and MMSE score of the observation group were(95.33±5.76)and(24.56±3.21)points,which were significantly higher than(82.44±8.35)and(21.19±2.15)points of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion tDCS combined with speech training can improve the symptoms of aphasia after cerebral infarction,improve the speech function and normal communication ability.
