摘要
党的十九届五中全会通过的《中共中央关于制定国民经济和社会发展第十四个五年规划和二〇三五年远景目标的建议》中明确提出在全国层面实施城市更新行动。本文从城市更新的开展背景与政策分析、开发模式分析与开发要点三个方面,对城市更新项目开发模式与要点进行论述,以期为城市更新项目实践提供参考借鉴。
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee approved the Proposal of the CPC Central Committee on the Formulation of the 14th Five-Year Plan for National Economic and Social Development and the Long-term Goals of 2035,which clearly proposed the implementation of urban renewal action at the national level.This paper discusses the development mode and key points of urban renewal projects from three aspects of urban renewal background and policy analysis,development mode analysis as well as development key points,in order to provide practical reference for urban renewal projects.
