日常生活圈视角下邻里中心模式对比研究--以苏州、合肥地区为例

新加坡邻里中心模式自20世纪90年代引入中国以来,受到多方关注,对我国住区公共服务设施规划产生了深远影响。本文基于日常生活圈视角,以苏州工业园区邻里中心及合肥地区邻里中心为例,通过对案例邻里中心的特色定位、空间组织特征及功能面积配比的对比研究,结合现状问题分析,分别从功能维度和空间维度提出邻里中心模式优化策略,为今后邻里中心规划设计提供思路参考。

Since Singapore's neighborhood center model was introduced into China in the 1990s,it has attracted much attention and has had a far-reaching impact on the planning of residential public service facilities in China.Based on the perspective of daily life circle,taking Suzhou Industrial Park neighborhood center and Hefei neighborhood center as examples,this paper analyzes the current situation and problems,and puts forward the optimization strategy of neighborhood center mode in functional and spatial dimensions through the comparative study of the characteristic positioning,spatial organization mode and functional area ratio of the case neighborhood centers,which could provide reference for the planning and design of neighborhood center in the future.
