超高性能混凝土在装配式建筑设计中的应用 被引量:5

摘要 为解决目前设计和施工现场装配式建筑中存在的诸多问题,本文详细阐述了UHPC材料的性能,基于这一材料性能提出了一种连接节点的UHPC装配式结构体系解决方案,并介绍了UHPC材料在建筑专业和其他行业中的应用。分析结果表明,UHPC材料非常契合装配式建筑,预制轻型UHPC楼梯、外墙和阳台能够大幅降低预制构件重量、提高耐久性及达到免装饰效果,将UHPC材料应用在梁柱、梁梁、梁板等结构节点连接区域,解决了预制构件钢筋连接复杂、现场湿作业较多等问题,为UHPC在装配式项目中的大范围应用提出了可行的建筑结构设计建议。 In order to solve the existing problems in the design and construction of prefabricated buildings,this paper describes the performance of UHPC material in details,proposes a joint UHPC prefabricated structure system solution based on this material performance,and introduces the application of UHPC material in building and other industries.The analysis results show that the UHPC material is very suitable for prefabricated buildings.The prefabricated lightweight UHPC stairs,exterior wall and balcony can greatly reduce the weight of prefabricated components,improve durability and achieve the decoration free effect.The application of UHPC material in the connection area of structural joints such as beam-column,beam-beam,beam-slab and etc solves the problems of complex reinforcement connection of prefabricated components as well as many wet operations on site,which puts forward feasible architectural structure design suggestions for the large-scale application of UHPC in prefabricated projects.
