新建筑节能标准下无机轻集料保温板在外墙外保温中的应用 被引量:3

摘要 随着我国提出碳排放、碳中和的目标,夏热冬冷地区也进入75%标准的建筑节能新阶段。无机轻集料保温板作为应用最为广泛的保温材料之一,在新建筑节能标准下能够通过提高厚度满足热工性能要求。对于增加厚度带来的外保温薄抹灰系统的安全风险,含无机轻集料贴砌砂浆的薄抹灰系统可以通过降低系统整体自重减少风险,以无机轻集料保温板为保温层的YJ保温装饰板系统和YJ保温复合板系统都采用了粘锚结合的外保温构造来增加安全性。从安全性能考虑,YJ保温装饰板系统构造最为安全;从经济成本考虑,含无机轻集料贴砌砂浆的薄抹灰系统综合成本最低;若要同时兼顾安全性能和经济性能,YJ保温复合板系统是比较好的选择。 As China puts forward the goal of carbon emission and carbon neutrality,Areas with hot summer and cold winter have also entered a new stage of building energy efficiency of 75%.As one of the most widely used thermal insulation materials,inorganic light aggregate thermal insulation board can still meet the requirements of thermal performance by increasing the thickness under the new building energy conservation standard.For the safety risk of increased thickness of the external insulation thin plaster system,three new technical schemes are proposed:thin plastering systems with inorganic light aggregate bond mortar can reduce the risk by reducing the overall system weight,with inorganic light aggregate insulation board for thermal insulation layer of YJ insulation decorative system and YJ insulation composite panels are stuck anchor combined with external thermal insulation structure was used to increase security.Considering safety performance,YJ thermal insulation decorative board system structure is the best;Considering the economic cost,the comprehensive cost of the thin plastering system with inorganic light aggregate bond mortar is the lowest.If taking into account both safety and economic performance,YJ insulation composite board system is a better choice.
