以人为核心的保障性租赁住房规划建设路径探索--以成都简州新城为例

保障性租赁住房是新时期解决大城市住房困难的重要路径。本文以成都龙泉山东麓的简州新城为案例,结合保障性租赁住房的基本特征,从新城区不同人群住房保障的精准需求出发,系统性提出多元用地供给、均衡便利布局、精细空间设计等实施策略,探索新城区保障性租赁住房规划建设路径,为国内其他大城市新区提供参考借鉴。

Affordable rental housing is an important way to solve housing difficulties in large cities in the new era.Taking Jianzhou New City at the eastern foot of Longquan Mountain in Chengdu as an example,fully combining the basic characteristics of affordable rental housing,starting from the precise needs of housing security for different groups of people in the new town,this paper put forward systematically the implementation strategies such as diversified land supply,balanced convenience layout,and refined space design,so as to explore the planning and construction path of affordable rental housing in new city,which could provide reference for other new town of large cities in China.
