摘要
针对灵宝换流站020B换流变压器间隔引线3332A相线夹发热异常进行原因分析和治理。经过线夹红外测温图谱分析、回路电阻测量和线夹温度场数值仿真计算,分析认为3332A相线夹发热为压接管部分与钢芯铝绞线接触不良,接触电阻过大所致。基于此提出了一种线夹发热隐患治理方法,即在不拆除原发热线夹情况下,加装一个螺栓连接线夹,与原线夹在机械上呈背靠背连接结构,电气上形成并联分流结构。经实际应用证明,此线夹发热隐患治理方法实际可行,且具有较好的应用效果。
This article analyzed the causes of abnormal heating of the 3332A phase clamp of the incoming line of the 020B converter transformer of Lingbao converter station.After comprehensive analysis of the infrared temperature measurement map of the wire clip,the measured value of the loop resistance and the numerical simulation calculation result of the wire clip temperature field,it was concluded that the heating of the 3332A phase wire clip was caused by the poor contact between the crimping tube and the steel core aluminum stranded wire,and the contact resistance is too large.Based on this,a treatment method for the hidden danger of wire clip heating was proposed,that is,without removing the original heating wire clip,a bolt connection wire clip is installed,and the original wire clip was mechanically back-to-back connection structure,and a parallel shunt structure was formed electrically.Practical application proves that this method of harnessing the hidden danger of heat generation is practical and feasible,and has a good application effect.
