摘要
从生产周转路径布置、设备选用、工艺过程控制以及生产效果验证等方面分析,提出大长度海底电缆综合护套生产线的串列,预估可以增加半成品周转的选择路径,提高生产效率约2倍。以35 kV 3×300 mm^(2)截面规格的海缆为例,验证半成品收线储缆长度和生产线串列前后效果。结果表明,托盘可容纳的长度满足订单交付和降低成本增加效益的要求。
For the analysis of cable routing layout,equipment selection and production process control,production effectiveness verification,the linked list of integrated sheath production line for large-length submarine cable was proposed.It was estimated that the selection path of product-in process turnover could be increased,and the production efficiency could be increased by about 2 times.Taking 35 kV 3×300 mm^(2) submarine cable as an example,the length of product-in process receiving line storage cable and effect before and after the production line series was verified.The results show that the pallet length can meet the delivery requirements of cable order and decrease cost and increase benefit.
