中医八法在新型冠状病毒肺炎的运用与思考

Application and Thinking of Eight Methods of Traditional Chinese Medicine in COVID-19

从病因、病性、病位、三因制宜结合程国彭的汗、吐、下、和、温、清、消、补八法角度对新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)的中医治法进行思考。从病因角度讲,认为COVID-19有天疫直接感人,宜辛凉或辛温之法,若秽气通过飞沫人传人,宜用芳香之药以解秽,使其仍从口鼻而出;从病位角度讲,邪在上焦或皮毛,可用汗法、吐法,若在半表半里,可用柴胡类方以和解;从病性角度讲,若临床以寒湿为主,宜温散寒邪,若临床以湿温为主,则宜清泻肺热,或用下法泻热通腑;从三因制宜角度讲,农村地区、有基础病、恢复期的COVID-19患者宜用补法,以扶正御邪、祛邪。

This article is thinking about the TCM treatment of COVID-19 based on the etiology,morbidity,disease position and threefactor measures combined with CHENG Guo-peng's eight methods(Han,Tu,Xia,He,Wen,Qing,Xiao,Bu).From the perspective of etiology,it is considered that COVID-19 has a natural disease that is directly touching,so it should be cool or warm.If the foul gas passes from person to person through droplets,aromatic drugs should be used to remove the foul gas,so that it still comes out from the mouth and nose;from a positional perspective,if the evil is on the scorch or fur,the sweating method and the vomiting method can be used.If it is in the half of the surface,the Bupleurum can be used for reconciliation;from the point of view of disease nature,if the clinical practice is mainly cold and damp,it is appropriate to warm up and dissipate cold evil.If the clinical practice is mainly damp and warm,it is appropriate to clear away lung heat,or use the descending method to reduce heat and dredge the Fu organs;from the perspective of three-factor measures,patients with basic diseases and convalescent stage of COVID-19 in rural areas should use tonic method to strengthen the health,resist evil and dispel evil.
