火针针刺经筋结点联合康复训练对脑卒中后手痉挛及血液流变学的影响

Effects of Fire-needle Acupuncture Jingjin Node Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Hand Spasm and Hemorheology after Stroke

目的:观察火针针刺经筋结点联合康复训练对脑卒中后手痉挛、手运动功能及血液流变学的影响。方法:选取符合研究纳入标准的脑卒中后手痉挛患者90例,按随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,每组45例。两组均予常规药物治疗控制基础疾病,对照组采用单纯康复训练治疗,观察组在对照组康复训练基础上,另联合火针针刺经筋结点治疗。比较两组治疗前后手痉挛、手运动功能及血液流变学变化。结果:两组治疗后手痉挛评分、血液流变学指标均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组降幅高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后手运动功能评分均较治疗前增高(P<0.05),且观察组增幅高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:火针针刺经筋结点联合康复训练能有效改善脑卒中后手痉挛程度、改善手运动功能、降低血液黏稠度,具有较好的临床疗效。

Objective:To observe the effect of fire-needle acupuncture Jingjin Node combined with rehabilitation training on hand spasm, hand motor function and blood rheology after stroke. Methods:Ninety patients with hand spasm who met the inclusionafter stroke were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with conventional drugs to control thebasic diseases, while the control group was treated with rehabilitation training alone, and the observation group was treated with fire-needle acupuncture Jingjin Node on the basis of rehabilitation training in the control group. The changes of hand spasm, hand movement function and hemorheology were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Both groups were treated with routine drug therapy to control the underlying diseases, the control group was treated with simple rehabilitation training, and the observation group was treated with fire-needle acupuncture at meridian and tendon nodes on the basis of rehabilitation training in the control group. Results:After treatment, the scores of hand spasm and hemorheology indexes in both groups were lower than those before treatment (P<0.05), and the decrease in observation group was higher than that in control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the hand movement function of both groups was higher than that before treatment (P<0.05), and the increase rate of observation group was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). Conclusion:Fire-needle acupuncture Jingjin Node combined with rehabilitation training through tendons and nodes can effectively improve the degree of hand spasm after stroke, improve hand movement function and reduce blood viscosity, which has a good clinical effect.
