心力衰竭氧化应激与中医药研究进展 被引量:7

摘要 氧化应激是导致动脉粥样硬化、缺血再灌注损伤、冠心病、心力衰竭等多种心血管系统疾病的病理机制之一,国内外大量研究已经证明氧化应激在心力衰竭过程中的关键作用,其中活性氧的过量是心力衰竭氧化应激不可忽略的重要环节。现从氧化应激对心力衰竭的作用机制及中医药研究进展角度进行综述,希望对未来心力衰竭抗氧化应激新药物和靶向治疗提供新思路。 Oxidative stress,one of the pathological mechanisms of ischemia reperfusion injury,atherosclerosis,coronary heart disease,heart failure,and other cardiovascular diseases,has proved to play a key role in heart failure,and the excess of reactive oxygen species is crucial in this process.This article reviews the mechanism of oxidative stress in heart failure and summarized the research in traditional Chinese medicine,which is expected to provide a new mindset for the development of anti-oxidative stress drugs in heart failure and targeted therapy.
