阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗宫颈癌前病变的临床效果评价

Clinical Evaluation of Colposcopy Combined with LEEP in the Treatment of Cervical Precancerous Lesions

目的对宫颈癌前病变患者行阴道镜和LEEP术联合治疗的效果进行评价。方法选择我院于2020年3月至2021年9月收治的宫颈癌前病变患者100例作为研究对象,根据手术方案的不同划分为两组,两组例数均等,一组采用宫颈激光烧灼法治疗(作为对照组),一组行阴道镜联合LEEP术治疗(作为观察组),评价两组手术效果。结果观察组患者手术时间、创面愈合时间均显著短于对照组,术中出血量少于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组治疗总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。对比疾病复发率和并发症发生率,观察组均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组患者生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。在HAMA和HAMD评分方面,两组治疗前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组治疗后均低于治疗前,且与对照组相比,观察组明显更低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的CRP、WBC水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阴道镜和LEEP术联合治疗方案适用于宫颈癌前病变患者疗效显著,治疗有效率高,且手术时间更短,术后康复更快,复发率和并发症较低,可以使患者生活质量有效改善,减轻患者术后不良情绪,改善炎性指标,临床价值较高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of combined colposcopy and LEEP in patients with cervical precancerous lesions.Methods A total of 100 patients with cervical precancerous lesions who were treated in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the research objects,and divided into two groups according to different surgical plans.The cautery treatment(control group),one group underwent colposcopy combined with LEEP treatment(observation group),and the operation effect of the two groups was evaluated.Results The operation time,intraoperative blood loss and wound healing time of the observation group were significantly less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Compared with the disease recurrence rate and complication rate,the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quality of life score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).In terms of HAMA and HAMD scores,there was no significant difference between the two groups before the intervention(P>0.05),and the two groups after the intervention were lower than before the intervention,and compared with the control group,the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of CRP and WBC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The combined treatment plan of colposcopy and LEEP is suitable for patients with cervical precancerous lesions,which has significant curative effect,high treatment efficiency,shorter operation time,faster postoperative recovery,lower recurrence rate and complications,and can improve the quality of life of patients.It can effectively improve,reduce postoperative adverse mood of patients,improve inflammatory indicators,and has high clinical value.
