雷珠单抗辅助眼底激光治疗对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的影响

Effects of Ranibizumab-assisted Fundus Laser Therapy on Central Retinal Artery Hemodynamics in Patients with Diabetic Retinopathy

目的探究雷珠单抗辅助眼底激光治疗在糖尿病视网膜病变患者中的应用效果,观察其对糖尿病视网膜病变患者视网膜中央动脉血流动力学的影响。方法将2020年2月至2022年4月经医师诊断后属于糖尿病视网膜病变患者80例为本次试验对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40)采取单纯激光治疗;观察组(n=40)采取雷珠单抗辅助眼底激光治疗,通过不同的治疗方法干预后,比较两组患者的视力矫正结果、生存质量、视网膜中央动脉血流参数及并发症发生结果。结果对糖尿病视网膜病变患者采取不同方式治疗3个月后,观察组患者视力矫正情况优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者生存质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者中央动脉血流参数均优于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者并发症发生率比较无差异性(P>0.05)。结论患者在采用眼底激光治疗的同时应用雷珠单抗后,能够改善患者视网膜中央动脉血流参数指标,提高患者视力,且联合用药安全性较高,可减少眼部疾病对患者视力造成地影响。

Objective To explore the application of ranibizumab-assisted fundus laser therapy in patients with diabetic central retinal artery hemodynamics and observe its effect on central retinal artery hemodynamics in patients with diabetic retinopathy.Methods From February 2020 to April 2022,80 patients with diabetic retinopathy diagnosed by doctors were selected as the subjects of this experiment.They were divided into the control group(n=40)and received simple laser treatment by random number table method;the observation group(n=40)ranibizumab-assisted fundus laser therapy was used.After intervention by different treatment methods,the results of visual acuity correction,quality of life,central retinal artery blood flow parameters and complications were compared between the two groups.Results After treatment of diabetic retinopathy patients in different ways,the visual acuity correction of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the central arterial blood flow of the observation group the improvement of flow parameters was better than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Ranibizumab can improve patients'central retinal artery blood flow parameters and improve their visual acuity after fundus laser treatment and application of ranibizumab.No complications occur after drug treatment,and drug use is safe and reduces eye disease affects the patient's vision.
