个体化导航模板在髋关节置换后假体翻修术中的临床应用

Clinical Application of Individualized Navigation Template in Revision of Prosthesis after Hip Replacement

目的探究个体化导航模板在髋关节置换后假体翻修术中的临床应用,观察其对置换后假体翻修术患者的影响。方法选择2019年4月至2021年4月来本院进行髋关节置换后假体翻修术的患者80例为研究对象,采取随机数字表法分为对照组(n=40),术前未给予个体化导航模板;观察组(n=40),术前给予个体化导航模板,比较两组患者围手术期各项指标、术后并发症的发生、不同时点髋关节功能评分、外展角、前倾角情况及术后疼痛评分比较。结果对髋关节置换后假体翻修术患者采取不同方式干预后,观察组患者围手术期情况各指标均优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1、3个月髋关节功能评分优于对照组,术后1周外展角及前倾角均小于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者术后1、3、6个月疼痛评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在手术前对患者采取个体化导航模板,能够减少手术时间,加快患者术后髋关节功能恢复,缓解患者术后疼痛。

Objective To explore the clinical application of individualized navigation template in prosthetic revision after hip replacement,and to observe its impact on patients undergoing prosthetic revision after hip replacement.Methods Eighty patients who underwent revision hip arthroplasty in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were randomly divided into control group(n=40)without individualized navigation template before operation;the observation group(n=40)was given individualized navigation template before operation.The perioperative indexes,postoperative complications,preoperative and postoperative hip function score,abduction angle,anteversion angle and postoperative pain score were compared between the two groups.Results After different interventions were applied to patients undergoing revision prosthesis after hip replacement,observation group patients perimia surgery were better than the control group(P<0.05).The hip function score of the observation group was better than that of the control group at 1 and 3 months after operation,and the abduction angle and anteversion angle were smaller than those of the control group at one week after operation(P<0.05).The postoperative pain scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group at 1,3 and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion The individualized navigation template for patients before operation can reduce the operation time,accelerate the recovery of hip function and relieve the postoperative pain.
