CT三维重建技术在踝关节骨折中的诊断价值研究

目的研究CT三维重建技术在踝关节骨折中的诊断价值。方法从我院随机挑选2019年1月至2020年2月收治的70例踝关节骨折患者,给予患者术前、术后X线、CT三维重建技术检查,对两种检查技术骨折分型情况、术后复位质量情况、术后内固定置入质量情况、诊断符合情况、诊断骨折情况进行观察。结果与X线检查诊断相比,利用CT三维重建技术对踝关节骨折分型诊断更加明确(P<0.05)。CT三维重建技术的内固定适宜率要明显高于X线内固定适宜率,其中外旋型和旋后内收型的内固定质量要明显高于X线(P<0.05);旋前外展型和旋前外转型内固定质量比较差异无显著性(P>0.05)。CT三维重建技术解剖复位率要明显高于X线检查,其中利用CT三维重建技术的外旋型和旋后内收型踝关节骨折患者的复位质量要明显高于X线(P<0.05)。和X线检查诊断相比,利用CT三维重建技术对踝关节骨折情况进行诊断更加明确,评估骨折程度更加清晰(P<0.05)。结论在踝关节骨折中的诊断和术后评估中,CT三维重建技术具有良好的效果,可以对骨折分型进行明确诊断,并且具有较好的复位质量和内固定置入质量,具有较高的临床应用价值。

Objective To study the value of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology in the ankle fracture.Methods Randomly selected from our hospital in January 2019-February 2020 treated 70 patients with fracture of the ankle,giving patients with preoperative and postoperative X-ray,CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology,fracture classification for two kinds of inspection technology,reduction and quality situation after operation,postoperative fixation in conformance with the quality situation,the diagnosis,diagnosis of fracture were observed.Results Compared with X-ray examination,the classification and diagnosis of ankle fractures using CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology was more clear(P<0.05).The suitability rate of internal fixation of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology was significantly higher than that of X-ray internal fixation,and the quality of internal fixation of the external rotation and the retroflexion was significantly higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).There was a large difference in the quality of internal fixation between the rotatory abductor and the rotatory abductor(P>0.05).The anatomic reduction rate of CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology was significantly higher than that of X-ray examination,and the reduction quality of patients with external rotation and retroflexion ankle fractures using CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology was significantly higher than that of X-ray(P<0.05).Compared with X-ray examination and diagnosis,the diagnosis of ankle fracture by using CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology can make the fracture type more clear and the assessment of fracture degree clearer(P<0.05).Conclusion In the diagnosis and postoperative evaluation of ankle fracture,CT three-dimensional reconstruction technology has a good effect,can be used to make a clear diagnosis of fracture classification,and has a good reduction quality and internal fixation placement quality,and has a high clinical application value.
