Application Research of No Lift Body Position Transfer Technique in Long-term Nursing of the Elderly Patients

目的分析No lift体位转移技术在老年患者长期护理中的应用效果。方法自2018年12月至2021年12月进行No lift体位转移技术在90例老年患者长期护理中的应用研究,以盲抽的方式将患者分为观察组与对照组,分别实施No lift体位转移技术、传统的体位转移技术。对比护理成果。结果从数据可见,观察组舒适度评分为(94.30±3.20)分,明显高于对照组的(86.70±4.40)分,差异显著(P<0.05)。与此同时,观察组照护者对护理满意度为93.33%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论采用No lift体位转移技术能够为老年患者长期护理提供更大的舒适度,同时也提高了老年长期护理照护者的护理满意度,该技术满足了老年患者长期护理的需求。

Objective To analyze the application effect of No lift postural transfer technique in long-term nursing of elderly patients.Methods From December 2018 to December 2021,a study on the application of No lift postural transfer technology in 90 elderly long-term care was carried out.Patients were selected by blind drawing.No lift postural transfer technology(observation group),traditional postural transfer technique(control group).Compare nursing outcomes.Results It can be seen from the data that the comfort score of the observation group was(94.30±3.20)points,and that of the control group was(86.70±4.40)points,which was higher than that of the control group,significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 93.33%,which was higher than that of the control group,which was 77.78%,significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion The use of No lift position transfer technology can provide greater comfort for long-term care of elderly patients,and also improve the nursing satisfaction of elderly long-term care caregivers.This technology meets the needs of long-term care of elderly patients.
