中医护理干预对重症胰腺炎患者心理状态与并发症的影响

The Influence of Nursing Intervention of Traditional Chinese Medicine on the Mental State and Complications of Patients with Severe Pancreatitis

目的评价重症胰腺炎患者护理中落实中医护理干预对患者心态、并发症等方面的影响,从而促进重症胰腺炎患者预后。方法选择我院收治(2018年3月至2019年6月)住院治疗的重症胰腺炎患者,取80例。在给予重症胰腺炎患者治疗的同时,随机分组护理。西医组40例患者采取疾病常规护理,中医组40例患者采取疾病常规护理+中医护理干预。比较西医组与中医组重症胰腺炎患者组间心理状态、生活质量、并发症发生率、护理满意度。结果中医组并发症发生率明显低于西医组(2.50%vs.17.50%),护理满意度明显高于西医组(97.50%vs.75.00%),差异显著(P均<0.05)。治疗前,两组焦虑评分、抑郁评分、总体健康评分比较无差异,P均>0.05;治疗后,中医组的焦虑评分明显低于西医组,抑郁评分明显低于西医组,总体健康评分明显高于西医组,P均<0.05。结论为了促进重症胰腺炎患者预后恢复,在给予患者对症支持治疗的同时需优化护理辅助,配合中医护理干预可以稳定患者心理状态、提高患者安全性,患者护理满意度高。

Objective To evaluate the effect of TCM nursing intervention on patients'psychology and complications in the nursing of severe pancreatitis patients,so as to promote the prognosis of patients with severe pancreatitis.Methods 80 patients with severe pancreatitis admitted to our hospital(from March 2018 to June 2019)were selected.Patients with severe pancreatitis were randomly divided into two groups.40 patients in the western medicine group were treated with disease routine nursing,40 patients in the traditional Chinese medicine group were treated with disease routine nursing and traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention.To compare the psychological state,quality of life,complication rate and nursing satisfaction between the western medicine group and the traditional Chinese medicine group.Results The incidence of complications in TCM group was significantly lower than that in western medicine group(2.50%vs.17.50%),and the nursing satisfaction was significantly higher than that in western medicine group(97.50%vs.75.00%),the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no difference in anxiety score,depression score and overall health score between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the anxiety score of TCM group was significantly lower than that of Western medicine group,the depression score was significantly lower than that of Western medicine group,and the overall health score was significantly higher than that of Western medicine group(P<0.05).Conclusion In order to promote the prognosis recovery of patients with severe pancreatitis,we need to optimize the nursing assistance while giving the patients symptomatic support treatment.With the help of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention,we can stabilize the psychological state of patients,improve the safety of patients,and improve the patients'nursing satisfaction.
