带状疱疹继发Wolf′s同位反应2例

Two cases of postherpetic Wolf′s isotopic response

报告2例带状疱疹继发Wolf′s同位反应。患者1,女,55岁,右侧腰腹部红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒半个月。半个月前,患者右侧腰腹部带状疱疹治愈后皮损愈合部位出现红斑、丘疹,伴瘙痒,结合皮损组织病理、病史及临床表现,诊断为带状疱疹继发湿疹Wolf′s同位反应。患者2,男,41岁,左侧腰背部红斑、丘疹伴瘙痒20 d。20 d前,患者左侧腰背部带状疱疹治愈后,原发皮损遗留色素沉着部位出现红斑、丘疹,结合皮损组织病理、病史及临床表现,最终诊断为带状疱疹继发扁平苔藓Wolf′s同位反应。

Two cases of Wolf′s isotopic response are reported here.Case 1:A 55-year-old female presented with pruritic erythema,papules on the site of healed herpes zoster on her right flank and abdomen for half a month.Combined with the histopathology,the diagnosis of eczema was made.Case 2:A 41-year-old male presented with pruritic erythema,papules on the left lumbar back,where remained pigmentation after treatment of herpes zoster for 20 days.Combined with the histological findings,the diagnosis of lichen planus was made.
