档案众包是公众参与档案工作、开发利用档案信息资源的创新性实践,互联网的普及为众包提供了广阔的平台。我国档案众包实践处于探索阶段,盛宣怀档案抄录项目、社会档案人项目、家庭档案网、“我的北京记忆”网站是具有代表意义的众包实践。国内档案众包取得初步成果的同时也面临着资源建设困境、项目管理困境和用户参与困境,需要从选题与任务设计、共赢思维与多方合作、公众参与环境打造、法规标准完善、项目规划与过程管理等方面采取有效措施促进我国档案众包实践健康发展。

Archives crowdsourcing is an innovative practice in which the public participates in archival work,exploits and utilizes archival information resources.The popularity of the Internet provides a broad platform for crowdsourcing.In China,the practice of archives crowdsourcing is in the exploratory stage.The Transcribe-Sheng Project,Society Archivist Project,Family Archives Website,and"My Beijing Memory"Website are representative practice of archives crowdsourcing.The domestic archives crowdsourcing has achieved initial results and is also faced with resource construction dilemma,project management dilemma and user participation dilemma.It is necessary to take effective measures to promote the healthy development of archives crowdsourcing in China from the aspects of topic selection and task design,win-win thinking and multi-party cooperation,public participation environment building,improvement of laws and standards,project planning and process management.
