面向数据化的电子文件单套归档实施路径研究

Study on the Implementation Paths of Single-set Filing of Digital Records Oriented in Datafication

电子文件单套归档的实施方式是文件档案数字化转型的重要内容,对电子文件单套归档的实施方式进行模式化研究有助于识别文件档案数字化转型的进程和影响因素。本文通过实地调研获取研究数据,对两个电子文件单套归档案例进行分析和比较研究,并采用类型学的研究思路对案例中的实施模式进行归纳,总结出源头控制、过程控制和结果控制三种模式,发现实施模式的选择与文件数据化程度之间的关系,并对此进行了重点分析。最终以一体化程度最高的来源数据化源头控制型实施模式为标杆,指出实施该模式需要解决的问题和解决对策。

The implementation of single-set digital filing is a key content to the digital transformation of records management,research on the modes of which could support the identification of the process and impact factors of digital transformation of records management.This paper collects research data through field research and summarizes the typical modes of implementing single-set filing of digital records from a pair of cases by applying comparative study.It finds out three modes as result-control,process-control and provenance-control,and conducts analyses based on the finding of the relationship between the choice of the mode and the degree of document datafication.By adopting the mode of provenance-control as a benchmark,it finally points out the confronted issues and puts forward strategies for these issues.
