摘要
残疾大学生对工匠精神认同度低,其主要原因:一是课程教学层面工匠精神培育尚未形成合力,二是学校管理层面尚未建立系统化的工匠精神培育机制。浙江特殊教育职业学院开启残疾大学生工匠精神特色培育新思路,以“三进”“三融”为手段提升课程教学实效,发挥“百位名家助力特殊教育”品牌示范效应,实施党团共建、专业建设、文化培育等举措,初步形成了具有特教特色的“三全育人”残疾大学生工匠精神培养新体系,残疾大学生的工匠精神获得了明显提升。
The main reasons for the low recognition of craftsman spirit among disabled college students are that the cultivation of craftsman spirit at the level of curriculum teaching has not formed a joint force,and the second is that the systematic cultivation mechanism of craftsman spirit has not been established at the level of school management.Zhejiang Vocational College of special education has opened new ideas for cultivating the craftsman spirit characteristics of disabled college students,improved the effectiveness of curriculum teaching by means of"three entry"and"three integration",gave full play to the brand demonstration effect of"hundreds of famous experts help special education",and implemented measures such as party and League co construction,professional construction and cultural cultivation.A new system for cultivating the craftsman spirit of disabled college students with the characteristics of special education has been initially formed,and the craftsman spirit of disabled college students has been significantly improved.
